and none on my review of He-Man? By the power of Greyskull, what's the matter with you people?
So guess what? I got accepted into MIT. That's right, little old me, who once swore off calculation alltogether, whether sensical or mathematical. I got an email tonight saying I'm off the waiting list and onto the good list. From limbo to legitimate heaven in one fell swoop! Now who wants to lend me $50,000 (at a -10% interest rate)?
But here is my Madison life, in a nutshell. In a week where I not only get accepted into the graduate program of one of the USA's elite institutions but also summon the courage to call and declare my interest in a cute girl I met, my phone died. For good this time. I have the replacement in hand; I bought it on Ebay. But there's no Alltell in Madison, so tomorrow I'm taking a scenic road trip to Baraboo to see if they'll activate it for me.
Tonight I'm in no-man's communication land, at least by inflated 21st-century standards. It's ok. I just wish I had more movies in hand.
